Ingredients for Bhindi Gosht Recipe

  • As required Oil
  • 1/2 No.s bay leaves
  • 3/4 No.s black cardamom
  • 1/4 piece Cinnamon
  • 1/4 kilogram goat meat
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon karmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.31 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.38 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon turmeric powder4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup yogurt/curd
  • 0.13 cup fried onions
  • 0.13 kilogram lady finger/okra
  • 0.13 peice lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 3/4 No.s green chillies
  • 0.13 tablespoon coriander leaves

Directions: Bhindi Gosht Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the okra and let it dry for a while.

  • STEP 1.Make some slits in it.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Heat an instant pot, add ½ cup oil, bay leaves, black cardamom and goat meat to it’

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now add ginger garlic paste, all the spices, tomato puree, yogurt,fried onions and water

  • STEP 1.Mix everything well.

  • STEP 1.Switch it to the pressure cooker mode and leave it for 14 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and add 4 tbsp oil, okra, lemon juice.

  • STEP 1.Stir fry it for 4 minutes.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Now add red chilli powder and salt.

  • STEP 1.Mix everything well and add the cooked okra in the prepared meat.

  • STEP 1.Add green chillies, garam masala and top with fried onions and coriander leaves.

step 12

  • STEP 1.Switch the pot to saute mode and cook for 3-4 minutes.
