  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Onions, Chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 62.50 gram Okra, Chopped
  • as needed Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the mutton pieces. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and whole spices like cinnamon and cardamom.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut��� until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • STEP 6.Add mutton pieces and cook until they are well coated with the masala.
  • STEP 7.Add water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 8.Add chopped okra and cook for another 5 minutes or until the okra is cooked through.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
