Cut and wash the fish. Let it dry and marinate with salt.
Make a paste of black and yellow mustard seeds, salt, turmeric powder, 2 green chilies with 2 tbsp of water
Cooking Directions
Marinate the fish with the paste you just prepared. Coat the banana leaves with mustard oil.
Place the fish in the banana leaf, right in the centre. Add one green chili,1tsp of mustard oil and gondhoraj leaf on top of the fish.
Make a parcel and tie with cotton string. So that the fish is not displaced during the time of cooking.
Heat the pan and grease with mustard oil. Fry the parcels on low heat, each side. Then cover the lid and let it for for 7-8 more minutes.
