  • 1 kilogram Bhetki
  • As required Salt
  • As required Soaked mustard seeds
  • As required Green chilies
  • As required Turmeric Powder
  • As required Lemon Juice
  • As required Gomdhoraj leaves
  • As required Banana leaf
  • As required Mustard oil

How to Make Bhetki Paturi Recipe

STEP 01

Cut and wash the fish. Dry the fish and marinate with salt

STEP 02

Make a paste of mustard seeds, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies with 2 tbsp of water

STEP 03

Marinate the fish with the paste. Coat the banana leaves with mustard oil

STEP 04

Keep the fish in the banana leaf. Add one green chili,1tsp of mustard oil and gondhoraj leaf

STEP 05

Make a parcel and tie with cotton string

STEP 06

Heat the pan and grease oil. Fry the parcels on low heat, each side
