It is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce, and has a crunchy texture. Ingredients for Bhelpuri Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Tamarind
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 Green chillies ~7
  • 3 Garlic cloves ~4
  • piece A Ginger
  • As required Salt
  • As required Murmure / Puffed rice
  • As required Finely chopped Onion
  • As required Finely chopped Tomato
  • As required Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • As required Farsan
  • As required Shev / Bhujia

Directions: Bhelpuri Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak tamarind in water overnight.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Heat up tamarind water and add jaggery. Let all the jaggery dissolve.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Turn off the gas and mash the pulp with a potato masher.

step 4

  • STEP 4.You can cook tamarind and jaggery together on medium heat for about 1-2 whistles.

  • STEP 5.Strain the tamarind pulp through a strainer.

  • STEP 6.Add a little water in left over tamarind pulp and mash again.

  • STEP 7.Repeat this process 3-4 times.

  • STEP 8.Add black salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, chat masala and salt.

  • STEP 9.Mix well and sweet and sour chutney is already.

  • STEP 10.Take green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger and salt into a blender pot.

  • STEP 11.Blend everything into coarse paste.

  • STEP 12.You also can use mortar and pestle. Green chilli thecha is already.

  • STEP 13.Take murmure into a pot and add green chilli thecha according to your taste. Mix well.

  • STEP 14.Add onion, tomato, coriander and farsan. Mix everything well together.

  • STEP 15.Add sweet and sour chutney according to your taste and mix well.

  • STEP 16.Oli bhel is already.

step 17

  • STEP 17.Serve bhel into a dish and again add sweet and sour chutney.

step 18

  • STEP 18.Add again onion, tomato, coriander, farsan and shev and bhel is ready to serve.
