Ingredients for Bhel Puri Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces cucumber cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 Pieces piece finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces chilli finely chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces grated carrot
  • 1/4 Pieces chopped tomato
  • 1/4 Pieces Boiled Potato cut into small peices
  • As Required Imli chutney
  • As Required Papri
  • As Required Bhujia
  • A Handful Chopped coriander
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste chat masala
  • As Required mustard oil
  • 50 Gms puffed rice
  • As Required Roasted Jeera Powder

Directions: Bhel Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all mixed all the chopped Cucumber, onion, Chilli, Tomato, Potato, coriander,mustard oil, Salt to taste, Roasted Jeera Powder, chat masala,in a big bowl
  • STEP 2.Next add crushed papris and bhujia to it, add imli chutney as per your taste lastly add puffed rice mix it well and the mouth watering dish is ready
