Ingredients for Bhel Recipe

  • 1.33 cups Puffed rice
  • 33.33 grams Sev
  • 33.33 grams Papdi puris
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • As Required Finely chopped
  • 0.67 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Pieces Finely chopped
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • As Required Finely chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces Cucumber
  • 0.33 Pieces peeled and finely chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces Potatoes (Aloo)
  • 0.08 cup Anardana Powder (Pomegranate Seed Powder)
  • 0.08 cup mango (raw)
  • 0.33 Pieces Finely chopped
  • 1.33 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • 1.33 tablespoons reen Chutney (Coriander & Mint)
  • 1.33 tablespoons Sweet Chutney (Date & Tamarind)
  • 0.33 tablespoon Chaat masala powder
  • As Required Salt
  • to taste to taste
  • sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves

Directions: Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.begin making the Bhel Puri Recipe, first get all the ingredients ready.
  • STEP 2.Prepare the Green Chutney, Date Tamarind Chutney and keep them aside.
  • STEP 3.Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker, peel and cut the potatoes and keep them aside.
  • STEP 4.You can pre make all the ingredients, keep them ready and stir them together when you are ready to serve the Bhel Puri.
  • STEP 5.When you are ready to serve the Bhel Puri, in a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients first that includes Puffed Rice, Papadi Puri, Anardana Powder, Roasted Peanuts, Chaat Masala Powder and Salt. Give it a mix.
  • STEP 6.Now add all the chopped vegetables that includes Onion, Tomato, Green Chillies, Cucumber, Potato, Raw Mango and Coriander Leaves, Mix everything well.
  • STEP 7.In the end, add Imli Chutney and Green Chutney and give it a final mix. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and sev.
