Ingredients for Bhatura Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Refined wheat flour or maida
  • 0.13 cup semolina (suji)
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Baking soda
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for deep fry

Directions: Bhatura Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take maida, mix semolina, baking powder, baking soda, salt, mix all.
  • STEP 2.Add yogurt mix it. Knead a soft dough with warm water
  • STEP 3.Leave it for 35 minutes, cover it with a cloth. Now add 2 tbsp oil and knead perfectly
  • STEP 4.Now heat a pan, add oil, make small round shape bhature. When oil perfectly hot then deep fry bhature in a low flame from both sides
  • STEP 5.Bhature is ready..
