Ingredients for Bhatti Ka Murg Recipe

  • 650 gram Tandoori chicken
  • 50 gram Onion paste, roasted
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 stalk coriander leaves
  • tablespoon l Oil/White butter

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 clean chicken pieces and slit with sharp knife. Mix lemon juice, salt, vinegar, red chili and crushed coriander with chicken pieces and keep it half an hour for marinating.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Mix red chili powder, garam masla, and salt and golden fried onion in hung curd. Now mix marinated chicken pieces with this paste.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Place the chicken pieces in skewer/tandoor  and apply butter on it. Grill it. Now you can serve it hot with mint chutney or rice.
