  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Cut the paneer into thick slices and make a slit in each slice to create a pocket.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the potato mixture into the pocket of each paneer slice.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Marinate the stuffed paneer slices in the yogurt mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
