Ingredients for Bharwa dam aalu with roti Recipe

  • 0.67 Pieces potatoes ..peeled
  • 0.17 Tablespoon jeera
  • 0.17 Tablespoon red chili powder
  • 0.17 Tablespoon coriander powder
  • 0.17 g aram masala or salt as per your taste
  • 1/2 Pieces Desi tomato
  • 0.67 Pieces Green chili as per taste

Directions: Bharwa Dam Aalu With Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut potatoes in 2 pieces and boil half. After that make a hole a in potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Remaining potatoes which is remain in holes mix all masalas and fill in the potatoes which make you holes.
  • STEP 3.Cook the Tomato paste and add masalas and put the filled potatoes in the paste and cook well.
  • STEP 4.And after that enjoy garnish your bharwa dam aalu sbji and enjoy with roti.
