  • 1/5 inch Ginger, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak sabudana and bhagar separately for a few hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind them together to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves to the batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter.
  • STEP 5.Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Flip the dosa and cook the other side as well.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with coconut chutney or peanut chutney.
