Ingredients for Bhaap poha Recipe

  • 3/4 Cups poha
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 3/4 Tbsp Peanut
  • 3/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Bhaap Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the poha 3 or 4 times. drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Add sugar,salt,turmeric powder lemon juice,,,mix it well and leave for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Now to steam the poha use steel strainer upon any vessel, filled with a water and cover it. Let it steam for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.
  • STEP 4.After that take out steamed poha in mixing bowl .then add coriander leaves and peanuts.
  • STEP 5.For tempering it,heat a tadka pan add oil, green chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves to it. Once done add in to poha.Mix all ingredients together and transfer to a serving bowl, ready to be served.
