Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and deseed the bell peppers. Cut them into halves.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and water to make a thick paste.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the bell peppers with the gram flour mixture.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add stuffed bell peppers.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook on low heat until the bell peppers are tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

  • You can add grated cheese on top of the stuffed bell peppers for an extra cheesy flavor.
