  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 0.06 tsp tsp hin
  • 0.13 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin seeds
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • As Required as per requirement oil
  • 0.06 cup Water (approx)
  • 1 Pieces Potato

Directions: Besan Pkode Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix Besan + salt + sugar + chilli powder + hing + cumin seeds + baking soda + water and make a batter. Keep rest for 6-7 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Now add gram flour in potato and drop small small portions in oil and deep fry till golden yellow / brown.
  • STEP 3.Fritters are ready.
  • STEP 4.Serve with tea and enjoy.
