Ingredients for Besan paneer chilla Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Besan/gram flour
  • 1/4 g Medium size carrot grated
  • 0.06 cup Frozen green peas
  • 1/4 Pieces Small tomato chopped
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 0.06 cup Paneer (grated)
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin powder
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • As Required As needed water

Directions: Besan Paneer Chilla Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take besan add little by little water to make a chila batter in running consistency.beat well for 3-4 minutes.keep aside for ten minutes.
  • STEP 2.In another bowl take grated carrot, green peas, paneer and tomatoes and green chilli. add little salt and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take a non stick pan heat it then pour some batter on it add little oil all around it cook on high flame for one minute then put vegetables mixture in the middle spread well.cover and cook for two minutes on medium flame the flip the chila and cook for another one minute. Serve hot.
