Ingredients for Besan Ladoo Recipe

  • 1 cup Garam flour (Besan) -
  • 1/2 cup Sugar khandh -
  • 75 gm Ghee -
  • 1 tbsp Milk -
  • 1/2 tbsp Water -
  • 1 nos Sugar powder - spoon

Directions: Besan Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl , gram flour, milk and ghee and mix it properly with your hands, and then cover it for 5 - 7 mins.
  • STEP 2.Keep the strainer on a plate/ thali, and sieve it. Then kerp the pan on the flame, put ghee and melt it then put the gram flour in the melted ghee.
  • STEP 3.And roast it on a medium flame.. when the gram flour has roasted sprinkle some water on it.
  • STEP 4.Roast it for a while to the water.then take it out on a plate and cool it and keep it for an hour...
  • STEP 5.Put sugar powder and sugar boora invit gradually & mix them well..
  • STEP 6.Bind the laddoos in this way
  • STEP 7.Halwai style besan ladoo will ready to serve ...
