STEP 1.Take a bowl , gram flour, milk and ghee and mix it properly with your hands, and then cover it for 5 - 7 mins.
STEP 2.Keep the strainer on a plate/ thali, and sieve it. Then kerp the pan on the flame, put ghee and melt it then put the gram flour in the melted ghee.
STEP 3.And roast it on a medium flame.. when the gram flour has roasted sprinkle some water on it.
STEP 4.Roast it for a while to the water.then take it out on a plate and cool it and keep it for an hour...
STEP 5.Put sugar powder and sugar boora invit gradually & mix them well..
STEP 6.Bind the laddoos in this way
STEP 7.Halwai style besan ladoo will ready to serve ...
