Ingredients for Besan ladoo Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Bengal gram flour
  • 0.13 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Powder sugar
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • as required Dry fruits

Directions: Besan Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan. Now add the besan mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 15 min. While stirring continuosly.
  • STEP 2.Switch off the gas and keep stirring for 1 more min. Transfer the mixture into a plate and keep aside to cool for 1 hour or till the mixture cool down completely.
  • STEP 3.Add the sugar powder mix it well in between your palms till it gets a crumbly texture.
  • STEP 4.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ladoo.
  • STEP 5.Ladoo are ready. Store in an air tight container.
