Ingredients for Besan Ke Ladoo Recipe

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup clarified butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoon chopped nuts

Directions: Besan Ke Ladoo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.melt some clarified butter in a pan and add gram flour to it . cook and combine it on low flame and keep on stirring continuously.

step 2

  • STEP 1.roast it for about 25 minutes till the flour turns golden brown and starts giving a nice aroma.

step 3

  • STEP 1.after 25 minutes transfer the flour into a bowl and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1. to this add cardamom powder, sugar and nuts. combine everything well to make a smooth dough

step 5

  • STEP 1. make balls out of this dough and garnish them with some nuts, silver foil or saffron strands
