  • 1/20 cup clarified butter
  • 0.13 cup chickpea flour
  • 0.13-1/5 tablespoon Water
  • 1/50 cup almonds
  • 1/50 cup Cashews
  • 0.03 teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 1/50 teaspoon Nutmeg

step 1

  • STEP 1.take some clarified butter in a pan and let it heat for a while.

step 2

  • STEP 1. now add chickpea flour to it. Cook it for 20-25 minutes at medium flame until the flour turns golden brown.

step 3

  • STEP 1. add water to the mixture and cook for 2 minutes. turn off the flame and take out the flour mix in a bowl.

step 4

  • STEP 1. roast some cashews and almonds in a pan till they turn crisp. in the prepared flour mixture add sugar, cashews, almonds, cardamom powder and nutmeg.

step 5

  • STEP 1. mix everything well and make balls out of this mixture. garnish with pistachios and your ladoos are ready.
