Ingredients for Besan chilla Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Ginger paste
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 Pieces Small onion chopped finely
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder

Directions: Besan Chilla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl, add besan, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.
  • STEP 2.Add water slowly slowly, mix it nicely till smooth. Now add oil & ginger garlic paste, mix it again, add lil water if required. Whisk it until batter becomes of pouring consistency.
  • STEP 3.In goes veggies, mix it well. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Take a non-stick tawa or cast iron tawa, heat it. Brush some oil. Pour the batter with the help of a ladle, spread it in round shape.
  • STEP 5.Add lil oil around the chilla, cook it until down side becomes brown. Flip it, cook it until almost cooked. Make all chillas in the same manner.
  • STEP 6.Take out in a serving dish, have it with green chutney...
