Ingredients for Besan chila Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Besan flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander chopped
  • 0.13 tsp Asafoetida
  • to taste Salt
  • as required water

Directions: Besan Chila Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take besan & rice flour. Then add green chilli,garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder,asafoitida
  • STEP 2.Add salt and coriander. Mix it well. Then add required amount of water. Batter should not be thick. It should be flowing.
  • STEP 3.Put tawa on flame, Grease tawa with some oil then pour ghavan batter. Put some oil from corner to make it crispy.
  • STEP 4.Turn to other side. Also add some oil. Cook from both the sides. Besan chila or ghavan is ready.
