Besan cheela is very quick and easy recipe for breakfast . I have done some new experiment with it and make it more interesting. I have made besan cheela waffle and give it a new shape . So this is very delicious and quick gluten free recipe for breakfast.

Ingredients for Besan cheela waffle ( Desi fusion ) Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Besan( Gram Flour)
  • 1/4 Cup spinch leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces small onion - finely chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chillies
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh corinader leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp turmiric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp red chili powder ( optional )
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masla powder
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/4 Tsp carrom seeds (optional)
  • 2.50 g oil for cooking
  • 1/4 Tsp baking powder

Directions: Besan Cheela Waffle ( Desi Fusion ) Recipe

  • STEP 1.1- First in a bowl take gram flour and add one and half cup of water into this and mix well .
  • STEP 2.2- Now add spinach leaves , coriander leaves , onion , green chillies , carrom seeds to the gram flour batter and mix well .
  • STEP 3.3- Now add red chilli powder , garam masala powder , turmeric powder , carrom seeds and salt per taste to the batter . Then add baking soda and mix gentaly. Waffle batter is ready .
  • STEP 4.4- Take waffle maker and grease it well with oil . Preheat it . Then pour waffle batter on it , close the lid .
  • STEP 5.Cook it about 10 minutes .
  • STEP 6.5- Besan cheela waffle is ready to serve . Make more waffle like this . Serve hot with green chutney or any sauce of your choice .
