How to Make Besan Barafi Recipe
STEP 01
Heat the pan and add one cup of ghee Or clarified butter and melt it . Now add 2 cups of besan to the pan and roast it properly . Make the sugar syrup on other side . Heat the water and add the sugar . Melt it . Bring a boil until it becomes thick .
STEP 02
Add the sugar syrup to the roasted besan and mix them properly . Finally add the dry fruits and coconut powder . Transfer the batter to the greased plate and set it properly .
STEP 03
Make the cuts with the help of knife . And let it cool . Besan ki burfi is ready to serve .
