Ingredients for Besan barafi Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 cup water
  • as required Dry fruits
  • as required Coconut Powder

Directions: Besan Barafi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the pan and add one cup of ghee Or clarified butter and melt it . Now add 2 cups of besan to the pan and roast it properly . Make the sugar syrup on other side . Heat the water and add the sugar . Melt it . Bring a boil until it becomes thick .
  • STEP 2.Add the sugar syrup to the roasted besan and mix them properly . Finally add the dry fruits and coconut powder . Transfer the batter to the greased plate and set it properly .
  • STEP 3.Make the cuts with the help of knife . And let it cool . Besan ki burfi is ready to serve .
