STEP 1.step 1 - Take milk in a thick bottom pan add full fat milk and bring it to a boil. Then add some vinegar or lemon juice and let the milk curdle.
STEP 2.Step 2- Once the milk has curdled, separate it from the water and drain it properly. Rinse the chena properly under water so that sourness goes.
STEP 3.Step 3- Squeeze the extra water.
STEP 4.Step 4- Now mash the chena so that it gets lump free. Keep mixing some powdered sugar as kneading.
STEP 5.step 5 - Plan the chena in a pan in low heat and keep stirring. Cook till the water evaporates.
STEP 6.Step 6 - Now place the mixture in a plate and let it cool. Then either in a place small portions of chena in mould or just give it a round shape. Let it cool and then you can enjoy

STEP 1.Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and stir it in. The milk will curdle. Add more lemon juice if required. Allow the milk to boil till the milk solids have separated from the whey. Turn off the heat.

STEP 1.Using a muslin cloth strain off the whey. The solid mass left in the cloth is called chenna.
