Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and dry red chilies. Fry until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add grated bottle gourd and cook until it becomes soft.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, fry the bori until golden brown. Add the fried bori to the bottle gourd mixture.
