STEP 1.Marinate the mutton with onion slices, ginger-garlic paste, oil and all the dry spices with salt and sugar. Keep it aside for 30-40 mins.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Heat the pan in a pressure cooker, put remaining oil. Once it is hot, add the marinated mutton and cook it for 10-15 mins.
STEP 2.Add tomato puree, mix well and cook again for 10 mins. Add potato pieces and 2 cups of warm water. Mix well and cook it until 6-7 whistles.
STEP 3.Make sure that the mutton is nicely cooked. Turn off the flame and serve hot with roti, naan or steamed rice.
