How to Make Bengali Kheer Recipe

STEP 01

In a pan, boil some milk. Add sugar and keep scraping and boiling for 90mins and when you reach the right consistency for the kheer, boil 1.5 kg of milk in a pan.

STEP 02

Make a paste of flour and milk

STEP 03

Mix with the kheer and stir for 5mins, your kheer is ready

STEP 04

Serve as a dessert or use as a filling
