  • STEP 3.Add sugar and continue to cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens further and turns into a grainy texture.
  • STEP 4.Add ghee and cook for a few more minutes until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts and saffron strands.
  • STEP 7.Serve the Belgavi Kunda warm or chilled.
