How to Make Beijinho Recipe

STEP 01

1 take condensed milk and butter in a non stick pan.

STEP 02

2 cook it for minutes and stir continuously.

STEP 03

3 add coconut once the mixture becomes thick.

STEP 04

4 mix it well and remove it from the heat.

STEP 05

5 let it cool a bit and then keep it inside a freezer for 35 minutes.

STEP 01

6 in a plate mix coconut flakes and sugar. Mix them well.

8 take out the mixture from the freezer and make small balls out of it.

9 roll these balls in coconut sugar mixture and it is ready to serve.
