Delicious coconut flavoured milk cream balls made with condensed milk and shredded coconut. Beijinho is a typical Brazilian Birthday party candy made with condensed milk, grated dessicated coconut, rolled over caster sugar or grated coconut and frequently topped with a clove. Beijinho is a small coconut version of Brigadeiro. Nearly as famous as brigadeiros, these beijinhos are an easy 4-ingredient recipe.

Ingredients for Beijinho Recipe

  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 150 gram coconut flakes
  • As required Shredded coconut
  • As required Sugar

Directions: Beijinho Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 take condensed milk and butter in a non stick pan.

step 3

  • STEP 2.2 cook it for minutes and stir continuously.

step 4

  • STEP 3.3 add coconut once the mixture becomes thick.

step 5

  • STEP 4.4 mix it well and remove it from the heat.

step 6

  • STEP 5.5 let it cool a bit and then keep it inside a freezer for 35 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 1.6 in a plate mix coconut flakes and sugar. Mix them well.

step 9

  • STEP 6.8 take out the mixture from the freezer and make small balls out of it.

step 10

  • STEP 1.9 roll these balls in coconut sugar mixture and it is ready to serve.
