  • 500 gram Flour
  • 4 Nos eggs
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 240 milliliter Milk
  • 100 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (ground0
  • As required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Beignets Souffles Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add sugar,oil,crack in eggs,milk,vanilla extract and mix it well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Then add in flour,baking powder,salt and nutmeg to form a thick batter

step 4

  • STEP 1.add enough oil in a pan & heat it well for 10 mins on high heat.

step 5

  • STEP 1.now reduce the flame to low and carefully drop a tbsp of batter into the pot & heat it.

step 6

  • STEP 1.flip and fry from each side until deep brown in color

step 7

  • STEP 1.once fried remove from the pot and serve.
