How to Make Beignets Souffles Recipe

STEP 01

Take a bowl add sugar,oil,crack in eggs,milk,vanilla extract and mix it well.

Then add in flour,baking powder,salt and nutmeg to form a thick batter

add enough oil in a pan & heat it well for 10 mins on high heat.

now reduce the flame to low and carefully drop a tbsp of batter into the pot & heat it.

flip and fry from each side until deep brown in color
