Make a batter of gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, salt , sugar, kashmiri red chili powder and water
Cut the brinjal into long slices. Wash and marinate with salt
Dip the brinjals in the batter and heat some oil in a deep pan.
Fry the brinjals one by one from the batter
Serve as a side dish with rice and dal
