  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add grated beetroot, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
