Ingredients for Beetroot soup Recipe

  • 1 g Beetroot
  • 1/2 g Tamato
  • 1/2 As Required Carrot
  • 1 g ren chilli
  • 1/2 A Stem Payleaf
  • As Required blackpapper powder
  • 1/2 As Required Butter
  • 1/2 Inch inger
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Beetroot Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, wash beetroot, carrot, tomato and ginger and cut them into thick pieces
  • STEP 2.Now heat butter in a pan, then put bay leaves in it and add all the chopped vegetables and fry them. After a while add water and salt and boil for 10 minutes
  • STEP 3.When it boils, filter it in a utensil with a sieve and when it cools, make a fine paste in the mixer. Now we will put the soup again in the pan, the water that came out of the soup and if needed, we will add 5 ml of water. Will boil till then add black pepper powder in the end and boil for some more time, after that turn off the gas.
  • STEP 4.Now our Beetroot Soup is ready.
