Ingredients for Beetroot sabji Recipe

  • 0.67 cup Beetroot grated
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 0.33 tsp inger garlic paste
  • 0.33 A Few Curry leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.67 tsp reen chilli paste
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin coriander powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander leave

Directions: Beetroot Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seed,Cumin seeds,hing, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste,curry leaves, Cumin coriander powder, onion fry it well add grated beetroot,salt, sugar .
  • STEP 2.Then mix it well.
  • STEP 3.fry nicely.
  • STEP 4.Cover with lid.
  • STEP 5.After few minutes Open the lid,add Chopped Coriander Leaves and cook for further 5mins,let the Oil separate
  • STEP 6..Remove it in Serving Dish.Serve it with Rice or Chapati.Serve it hot.
