  • 1.50 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • As required Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric, divided
  • 0.38 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/2 Medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 0.13 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 Fresh lemon juice from lemons
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.63 cup Dried maitake mushrooms soaked in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes
  • 1 teaspoon Arrowroot powder
  • 1/2 Packet matzo meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Minced fresh rosemary
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
