It is a wonderful vegetable which helps in maintaining good cardiovascular health.It has also been scientifically proven that it's juice helps in lowering high blood pressure & hence helps preventing cardiovascular problems.Apart from this most notable benefit,there are many other benefits of it as well,which puts it in the category of one of the healthiest juice recipes.It is a simple mix of red beetroot,apple & celery.

Ingredients for Beetroot Juice. Recipe

  • 1 nos Beetroot small -
  • 2.50 nos Apple large - if small then
  • 2.50 stalks Celery-
  • 1.50 nos Carrots -
  • 2.75 nos Lemon or lime -
  • 3.25 piece Peeled ginger small- ".

Directions: Beetroot Juice. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash all fruits & vegetables in running water & pat dry them.
  • STEP 2.Peel & cut beetroot into long slices.Cut apples into long pieces & remove the core.peel & cut carrot into long pieces.Cut celery also into long pieces.
  • STEP 3.Put glass or container under the nozzle of a juicer & turn it on.
  • STEP 4.Process all ingredients (beetroot,apple,Carrot,Celery,ginger) except lemon Alternatively through juicer.
  • STEP 5.Squeeze half lemon into prepared juice & stir well.Pour it into chilled serving glass & serve.Dring it immediately.
