  • 1 bunch beetroot
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1-2 ounce Milk
  • 7-8 No.s curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 No.s chopped onion
  • 1 No.s green chilli

Directions: Beetroot Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take chopped beetroot, onions, spices, chopped green chilli and add water.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 now add salt and cover and cook for 20 minutes at high flame.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add milk and mix the ingredients well.
