  • 1/5 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/5 cup Condensed Milk
  • 0.40 tablespoon Ghee
  • as needed Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Grate the beetroot and set it aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add the grated beetroot. Cook until the beetroot is soft and the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Add the grated coconut and condensed milk to the pan. Mix well and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
