A very easy to make pickle from Beetroot. Simply prepared from diced beetroot mixed with split green chillies, salt and vinger. Kept for a week and the pickle is ready.
STEP 1.Take 1 cup of diced beetroot, 5 green chilly split in half, salt and ¼ tsp of vinegar. Keep it aside for 1 week and the beetroot pickle is ready.
