  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves roughly chopped
  • As required Toasted bread for serving
  • 1/4 cup Homemade aoli
  • 1/4 cup If using store-bought, add ingredients below tomayonnaise
  • 1/2 Small garlic clove finely grated
  • 0.13 teaspoon Coarse kosher salt plus more, to taste
