Beef And Veggie Chameleon Bolognese Recipe

Recipe By Australia’s Best Recipes

This recipe is hearty, tasty and healthy. It is packed full of vegies, lean mince and is still full of flavour. I have two kids who love spag bol night I call this recipe a chameleon, because you can cook it in 40 minutes, in a thermomix, with a couple of small additions. You can also cook it in a slow cooker, or turn it into lasagne. It is a very versatile recipe.
