How to Make Beef Suya Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 mins. Cut meat into thin slices. Add meat chunks in a bowl and add suya spice, salt and mix thoroughly. Now place meat and onions on skewers. Brush the skewer with oil.

STEP 01

Place it on a tray and lined with aluminium foil. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Grill the skewer for 10 minutes from each side. Serve with some chopped onions and garnish with some coriander.
