Ingredients for Beef Pot Roast Recipe

  • 2 kilogram Beef chuck
  • As required Salt
  • 80 gram Sliced Celery
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 225 gram Sliced onions
  • 150 gram Turnip diced
  • 150 gram Potato chunks
  • 100 gram Mushroom halves
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 6 Thyme springs
  • 2 Rosemary springs
  • 10 gram Garlic sliced
  • As required Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 2 flakes Chili g
  • As required Pepper
  • As required Hot water

Directions: Beef Pot Roast Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tie the beef chunk and season with salt, refrigerate overnight
  • STEP 2.Make a bouquet of thyme,rosemary and bay leaves. Heat the pan with vegetables
  • STEP 3.Fry the beef chunk until brown and set aside. Fry the celery,onions and garlic
  • STEP 4.Add flour,worcestershire sauce and wine vinegar. Add the chilli flakes and pepper
  • STEP 5.Add the bouquet, beef chunks to the pot and pop the pot to the microwave and cook it at 150 decree
  • STEP 6.Add the vegetables. Cook until the beef is soft cool down and refrigerate overnight.
  • STEP 7.Heat the soup and take the vegetables out add the sliced chunks into the soup.
