  • 1/10 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/10 cup Water
  • 1/20 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/20 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 0.03 teaspoon Asafoetida

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the beef pieces with red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated beef and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 5.Add vinegar, tamarind pulp, and water. Mix well and cook until the beef is tender.
  • STEP 6.Add the remaining spices and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 7.Transfer the beef pickle to an airtight jar and store for a few days to allow the flavors to develop.
