  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the beef tripe and innards thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In a large pot, boil the tripe and innards until tender.
  • STEP 3.Drain the water and set aside the cooked tripe and innards.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, sauté garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked tripe and innards to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
