Ingredients for Beef Fried In Egg Recipe

  • 200 gram Beef
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • As required Salt
  • As required Pepper Powder
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Beef Fried In Egg Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the beef in vinegar and salt solution. Drain the excess water. Take beef in a bowl and ½ tsp pepper powder. Add salt to taste. Mix well.

  • STEP 1.Let it rest overnight or minimum 1 hr. take a pressure cooker and add the marinated beef. Add 2-3tsp water. Cover the pressure cooker with its lid and cook the beef in medium flame for 1 whistle.

  • STEP 1. let it cool down. open the pressure cooker and check if water is present. If yes, then drain out the excess water.

step 4

  • STEP 1. take a bowl and add 2 eggs, salt to taste and some pepper powder. Mix well. heat oil in a pan.

step 5

  • STEP 1. dip the beef in the egg and put it into the oil. Fry the beef in medium flame. flip them in a few seconds.

step 6

  • STEP 1. fry it in batches. transfer it to a serving plate. Beef fried in egg is ready.
