STEP 1.Wash the beef in vinegar and salt solution. Drain the excess water. Take beef in a bowl and ½ tsp pepper powder. Add salt to taste. Mix well.
STEP 1.Let it rest overnight or minimum 1 hr. take a pressure cooker and add the marinated beef. Add 2-3tsp water. Cover the pressure cooker with its lid and cook the beef in medium flame for 1 whistle.

STEP 1. dip the beef in the egg and put it into the oil. Fry the beef in medium flame. flip them in a few seconds.
STEP 1. fry it in batches. transfer it to a serving plate. Beef fried in egg is ready.
