Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Add the beef strips and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same wok, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the vegetables until crisp-tender. Return the beef to the wok.
  • STEP 4.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili paste. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
