Ingredients for Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe

  • As required Beef ingredients
  • 0.33 pound Beef skirt or flank steak, sliced as thinly as possible against the grain
  • 0.33 cup Green onions sliced very thin , about 1/4 1/3 worth
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic cloves minced, about 2 worth
  • 0.08 tablespoon Small apple finely grated, or 3 applesauce
  • 1/25 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.17 tablespoon Light brown sugar
  • 0.17 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 0.17-1/2 tablespoon Optional:chili paste i use sambal oelek
  • As required For serving
  • 0.67 Bell peppers i used 2 green, 1 red, 1 yellow
  • 0.33 Medium onions
  • 0.33-1/2 tablespoon Light flavored olive oil divided
  • 0.08 teaspoon Kosher salt
