How to Make Beef And Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

STEP 01

Cut beef into long strips. Add meat inside the bowl. Marinate the beef with salt, balck pepper, seasoning powder a little bit of oil and mix well. Add minced garlic and ginger inside the chicken broth. Then add some black pepper and corn starch to the chicken broth and stir it well until everything dissolves. Now add soy sauce into the chicken broth and mix well.

STEP 01

Cut bell peppers into long strips and some jalapeno pepper. Slice the onions and add 2 tbsp oil in the cooking pot and heat. Then add marinated meat and cook it for 3 minutes then flip it. Add sliced onions and saute it. Then add jalapeno pepper and stir fry. Finally add the chicken broth mixture and cook for 3 minutes at low flame with lid on.
