Sounds too appetizing, doesn’t it? This beef and veggies stir-fried dish is one of the most filling and wholesome dishes you’ll come across. The quick, luscious dish is prepared from beef, chicken broth and vegetables. If you want meat or seafood in your stir fry, cook it first then scoop it out onto a separate plate before cooking the vegetables. Just add the meat back in at the end. Don't crowd the pan If you have too much in your pan, the vegetables will steam instead of staying crisp.

  • 1.50 cup Broth
  • 3 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger
  • 6 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.50 pound Beef
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • flakes Chilli pepper
  • 2 teaspoon seasoning powder
  • 1 Nos large onion
  • As required Bell Peppers
  • As required Salt
  • As required Black pepper

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut beef into long strips and add meat to the bowl. Marinate the beef with salt, black pepper, seasoning powder a little bit of oil and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Cut bell peppers, some jalapeno pepper and onions into long strips. Keep them aside.
  • STEP 3.Add minced garlic, ginger, some black pepper and corn starch to the chicken broth and stir it well until everything dissolves. Next, add soy sauce into the broth and mix well.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add 2 tbsp oil to the cooking pot and heat. Then add the marinated meat and cook it for 3 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add sliced onions and saute them.
  • STEP 3.Then add jalapeno pepper and bell peppers and stir-fry.
  • STEP 4.Finally, add the chicken broth mixture and cook for 3 minutes at the low flame with the lid on.
