  • 1.50 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 2 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 1 Small onion thinly sliced Nos
  • 500 gram Rump steak thinly sliced
  • As required Ingredients for sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Clear honey
  • 1.50 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper

Directions: Beef And Honey In Black Pepper Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a small mixing bowl add 2 tbsp dark soy sauce ,2 tbsp clear honey, 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce, cooking wine 2 tbsp, water -2 tbsp, coarse black pepper -1 tsp. Mix well together and keep aside.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in wok heat 1 ½ tbsp peanut oil in high heat till smoking hot, add 1 thinly sliced small onion, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds till fragrant.

  • STEP 3.3 then add 500 gm thinly sliced beef rump steak and stir fry for 1 minute or until cooked as desired.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 then remove the wok from the heat and keep aside.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 place a pan on medium heat, add the prepared sauce mixture and cook for 1 minute till the sauce becomes syrupy.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add the stir fried beef to this sauce along with any juices from the wok.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 stir well together until heated through.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 serve hot with white rice.
